Adobe CC 2019 placed his activation module in the EXE or DLL file of the main program, canceled the classical activation module amtlib.dll and completely disabled the offline activation method.
The solution was to provide replacement files to bypass registration and to benefit from its use.
After downloading and installing, place it in the installation folder, overwriting the one already present in the same directory.

Very simple…
After installing the software, you have to go to the installation folder.
Generally the following path : copy paste the following into the Windows search bar explore.
C:\Program FilesAdobeAdobe Lightroom Classic CC
In this case it is the same file that the patch Lightroom.exe
Copy and paste the patch to replace.
It'll just start the software.
